Procedure if you want to make use of guarantee:
Please immediately inform us if you want to send your replacement bulb back.
We will send you a return form.
Please print it and put it together with the bulb into a carton.
Don't forget to wrap the bulb and then send it back to us.
We will check the lamp and send you as soon as possible a new one if it is a case of guarantee.
